In West Jakarta, in a neighborhood called Pekojan, 80 children wake up every day carrying more than any child should.

Their parents scavenge. Street vendors. Day laborers. Some children are singing on streets, selling what they can just to help the family survive.

This year (2026), we’re partnering with Yayasan Saluran Berkat Mandiri (YSBM), a nonprofit organization committed to an independent generation, to help build a proper three-story learning house for the children of Pekojan: a safe, permanent space for them to learn, grow, and dream, built to last.

“We believe worship doesn't end when the music stops. Standing up for the vulnerable and lifting up those in need is one of the highest acts of worship we can offer.”

On 4 October 2025, we had the joy of handing over the donation from City Soul Vol. 1 to Yayasan Ronald McDonald House. The donation will support the development of their fourth House, Rumah Singgah in Kemanggisan, West Jakarta.

What began as a night of worship has become a ripple of love that continues to bless others. Every song sung, every hand raised, and every donation given was an offering. Today, we see how God uses it for His purpose.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every donor, worshipper, and partner who believed in this movement. May this be just the beginning of many ways we bring Heaven a little closer to earth.
